South Africa's police watchdog arrested the men over the death if a Mozambican taxi driver who died in custody shortly after been dragged around by the police.
Earlier police in pretoria held a press conference to placate a nation outraged by the footage showing Mido Macia being dragged through the streets by a van.
He was later found dead in the cell with serious head and internal injuries.
I do hope this people rot in prison when convicted. Useless murderers should pick on someone their sizes.
