Horse valued at over £100m

So the name is Frankel and he is the most expensive horse ever. He is valued at over £100m and he was never beaten in any of the races he competed in. He made around £3m in prize money and it is own by saudi prince Khalid Abdulla.

I wonder how a horse could be valued as high as that.
