Britain's worst driver fails record 107 test attempts

The hapless unnamed 28-year old, from London, has so far spent £3,317 trying to pass the theory test, at a cost of £31 each.

The test includes a 57-minute multiple choice exam which 43 out of 50 questions must be answered correctly and a hazard perception test which requires a pass mark of 44 out of 75. Motorists must pass both parts before they can sit their practical test.

A 40-year old determined candidate logged a record number of practical driving tests - passing on his 37th attempt. The unnamed man from the area of Stoke on Trent forked out at least £2,294 trying to pass, which could have bought him a reasonable second hand car.

The practical test costs £62 for a test on a weekday or £75 for a test on an evening, weekend or bank holiday.

The car practical driving test is designed to see if motorists can drive safely on different road and traffic conditions and know the Highway Code.

An AA Driving School spokesperson said: "This is clearly an unusually high number of test attempts, but it is important to remember that everyone learns at their own pace.

"Their determination to pass highlights how important learning to drive is to most people.

"It is a milestone that many people aspire to achieving because of the freedom and independence it brings."

Man took picture of himslef on stolen Ipad and sent to owner

A man stole an ipad from a victim in Wolverhampton, England and while he was using the ipad, he took a picture of himself but unknown to him that the Ipad was connected to apple's cloud, the pictures were sent directly to the computer of the owner who then called the police to show them the pictures of the thief.

The police are not sure if he was the one that stole the Ipad or maybe he just bought the Ipad not knowing if it was stolen but police will arrest him and question him on his part in stealing the Ipad.

A sri Lankan prisoner who tried to sneak a phone into his cell was caught after the phone rang inside his bum after a visit. The 58 year old was taken to the hospital where the phone had to be removed from inside his bum.

Strange Legal cases

A man sued his girlfriend because, as he says, she broke his penis during a creative sexual session. When the girl tried some new maneuver his penis simply got broken. He sued her for repairing damage for “negligent sexual intercourse”, which resulted with sexual dysfunction. The court made decision that there’s no damage because the sex was consensual, even the position was not.

In a sad story case, a mother of a murdered 21 years old man requested the court in Austin, Texas to let her collect a semen material from her dead son, in order fulfill his lifetime desire to have three sons. The judge agreed and the body was kept at very low temperature for a while until a specialist could collect the sperm.

73 years old mother from Austria was taken to court by her annoyed son after she used to call to her beloved boy approximately 49 times a day for two and a half years. After the hearing the mother innocently stated that she just wanted to talk with him. It’s unclear why her son waited for two and a half years.

A girl from Japan was accused that he broke in her boyfriend’s apartment. However, her lawyers were creative enough to make an excellent defending strategy. An 18 year old burglar broke into children's campsite, and he was caught because he left his name written on the wall. Peter Addison of merseyside and his friend Mark Ridgeway vandalised and stole some valuables from the scene. We know there are some pretty stupid criminals out there but to leav your own name written on the wall take the biscuit.

Lesson - Never leave a clue at the crime scene especially your own name.

Should we say this is karma or just pure bad luck? A man went into a michigan store, stole a knife and while running away, he fell and got stabbed by the same knife he was hiding under his shirt. The man had stolen $300 worth of hunting knives and hid them under his shirt and waist band.

We don't know what to say to this but we will talk anyways. This 37 year old guy was charged with stealing a car and on the day of his conviction, guess what he did? He drove to the court in a stolen Lexus SUV. He must have balls made of steel has that takes some guts. Police became suspicious when they saw car keys in his hand dangling and on checking CCTV footage of the court realised he drove another stolen car to court.

Lesson - I mean how stupid can you get? Don't drive a damn stolen car to a court where you are been tried for car theft already.

A 37 year old man broke into a store, stole their jewelries and to celebrate, he stole a bottle of champagne and got drunk on his way home, He got so drunk he parked his car on the road with the stolen goods and slept off, passers by called the police who checked his ID to see he was wanted for robbing a store earlier.

Lesson - At least get home before you celebrate. Job not done till the police gave up on the case.

One will assume a robber would have made his research and try find out who lives where he is about to rob. But this dumb robber failed to carry out his assignment and walked into a house full of karate fighters to rob them of their valuables. Not only were they Karate fighters but they all have black belts. I am sure you don't have to guess what happened? Your guess is as good as mine, he got beaten both blue and black before been handed to the police.

Lesson - Do your research boy.

A man broke into a funeral home, I don't know what to steal at a funeral home but he broke in anyways. The police were alerted to the crime and when they came, the man decided to sleep in one of the coffins and pretended he was dead. Well, what gave him away? He breath and besides he was not wearing a suit like all dead people do, he was in a rather useless outfit so he was nicked.

Lesson - Never pretend to be dead except you are dead.

It doesn't get funnier than this. A man called a convenience store ahead to ask if there was money in their cash register before he decided to go in and rob them. This happened in ontario canada. The store owner did not have to think twice before alerting the police. The police were waiting for him as he turned up to take away their earnings.

Lesson - Never call in before you rob a store fool.

Injustice - Hospital stole pregnant woman's baby

A Brazilian woman has accused a hospital of stealing her baby after waking up from a C-section operation to be told her pregnancy was psychological.

Layane Santos who is 19 was in the 38th week of her pregnancy when she went to the hospital. She has received anti-natal care for the entire duration of her pregnancy so it is crazy for the hospital to say her pregnancy was unreal is just madness.

Layane who is a kitchen assistance had her ultra sound done and was told she was carrying a baby girl at a well respected hospital which makes the hospital's exec looks stupid. She told of how she informed the hospital her husband would like to be present at child's birth but work up to find out her husband was not allowed in. They have both spent over £2000 in buying baby products and clothes.

The hospital claimed they did not find any baby inside her but will not provide the result of the test they carried out. The couple have since got a lawyer who is pursuing legal action against the hospital. This is a case of injustice that happens in developing countries where rich people can just easily prey on average people.

I do pray and hope the hospital gets found out and dealt with as this should not be happening at this age and time.
